After 56 glorious years preparing the best ice cream, Jaxson’s goes high tech.

Yes, the world famous ice cream store that has been featured many times in the Food channel and many other renowned food programs, requested a presentation of our solution EverServe PixelPoint by PAR.

In my 28th years of working with hospitality this was the first ice cream parlor of this magnitude and I needed not only to provide my potential client with an answer but more than that I have to create a concept that could not only benefit the speed of the operation but also provide them with intelligent and concise reports designed not to change the course of the whole operation but to open new paths to their accounting controls, including Gift Cards, house accounts, employee’s payroll  and quick sales.

A month later, we installed the system, then the training and live days where we accompanied the customer for a few days. Shortly they moved on their own with a very successfully beginning.

Monroe Udell (left), the owner, visits the restaurant almost every day and cheer up the employees to make sure that the customers have a great experience and enjoy his fabulous creations. Jerry Smith (Right) is the general manager, he uses every feature and tool available in the system to make important business decisions. Which in turn that affect its continued operation and most important re-viewing all incomes and expenses reports to get real profit margins. Jerry is the kind of guy that practice what he preaches. He demonstrated and supported the change, coaching employees through the adjustment process, identifying and managing resistance. He was a key element in the entire process.
